Simply, it is the initial collection and ongoing management of Certificates of Insurance and Indemnification Agreements from contractors and business partners that work in and around your client's buildings.
The RRS System utilizes a proprietary software program to collect and track the insurance information for all contractors that work in buildings you manage. Compliance information is updated in real-time, and accessible via your personal web portal. In addition, weekly reports showing compliance by contractor, by type of contractor, and by building are emailed for quick reference.
